
When it asks you to enter your product key, simply press escape. If you are unable to currently play the game because you cannot enter a product key, you have several options: On the right, under “Links”, there should be a link that says ‘CD Key’. IF it does, you can find it by going to your game Library. GotY edition may, I don’t have it myself so I’m unable to check (Will update post when Iįind out). So there is NO WAY of finding it (at least to my knowledge).

First, know this: The original Fallout 3 game does NOT come with a CD key. Your old saves will now be available on your Windows Live account (: Product Keys, Enabling GFWL In this same folder, you should also see another folder, with your Xbox/Windows Live gamer name as its title. Usually, this will be located in C:UsersUser_NameDocumentsMy GamesFallout3SavesĬopy the save files (The FOS file types). If you want to transfer your game saves over to a new/different user or Windows Live account, simply do the following:įind your old game saves. They will however, still be saved onto your PC, they’re not lost. ***Update: Second warning! If you are just now enabling GFWL, or if you are signing in to a new/different Windows Live account, your saved games will not be transferred over. If anyone has any info, please let me know C: I would assume that it would make no difference, so long as the mods you have do not contribute to / make it instant / easier for you to earn achievements… But again, I’m not quite sure. Therefore, I am not responsible for any trouble you may get into on either Steam OR GFWL.

*** Warning!- I am not quite sure about the legalities of using mods with GFWL. May soon if you guys need/want it, or would find it useful. I haven’t added any pictures or anything (yet). So hopefully this quick and short, easy-to-follow guide will help some of you out!
